The products 50, 50P and 50X are equal. It is just the branding and colors that differs, and they can be plugged in to any connection supporting 3.5mm audio connection. The manufacturer does however warn that some Xbox One controllers may require purchasing the Ear Force headset audio controller.
The Turtle Beach Recon 50P is blue (Playstation 4 marketed). The Turtle Beach Recon 50X is green (Xbox One marketed). The Turtle Beach Recon 50 is red (PC marketed), and does apart from the others include a PC-Y splitter cable.
